Print 2 Bitmap is Pretty Good and inexpensivePrint 2 Bitmap converts postscript files to bmps. It is not really a print driver, which might be a little more convenient, but it is pretty easy to use. My only complaint is that the print quality isn't as good as the source docs. Anti-aliased characters aren't anti-aliased in the final bmp. I oversized printouts to compensate and generally got good results. I have already used Print 2 Bitmap for a huge schematic doc, and plan to use it often for similar documentation.
